Moser’s Trento Riserva Tracce Extra Brut 2011 is a traditional-method sparkling wine (Trento DOC Bianco Riserva) made entirely from Chardonnay grapes grown at Maso Warth and on the terraced sites of the Cembra Valley. After secondary fermentation in bottle, the wine rests on the lees for 132 months before disgorging, producing a very fine mousse and a savory, creamy texture. Annual production is limited (about 2,700 bottles), and the winery’s tasting notes describe candied fruit and evolutionary aromas with a dry, sapid finish.
