Description

Quintet brings together the five Bordeaux varieties grown by Mount Mary: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Petit Verdot. Their proportions change with the season, while harvest timing helps determine flavour, tannin quality and acidity. All the fruit comes from the estate, where the wine is also made and bottled. Following fermentation on skins, maturation takes place in oak vessels of different sizes, combining large casks with new and seasoned barriques. This approach supports the winery’s emphasis on elegance, individuality and the ability to develop in bottle.
