Description

Les Terres d'Illite 2020 is a vintage Extra Brut cuvée from Moussé Fils, coming from the Vallée de la Marne. It is a Blanc de Noirs made predominantly from Pinot Meunier with a portion of Pinot Noir, sourced from plots on green clay (illite) soils near Cuisles. The wine is bottled with very low dosage and undergoes extended bottle aging, resulting in a fine mousse and a balanced structure.
