Description

L'Incandescent from Mouzon-Leroux is a Grand Cru Champagne rosé de saignée produced in Verzy in the Montagne de Reims. The cuvée is made 100% from Pinot Noir; it is a 2021 vintage, with about 16 hours of maceration and an Extra-Brut dosage (around 1 g/L). Winemaking includes native-yeast fermentation and lees ageing, and the estate applies biodynamic viticulture. The cuvée highlights the character of the Verzy Grand Cru terroir.
