L'Incandescent Rosé is a rosé de saignée Champagne from Mouzon‑Leroux made with grapes from the Verzy Grand Cru. The cuvée is produced in purity (100% Pinot Noir), with a short maceration (about 16 hours), an Extra‑Brut dosage and lees ageing prior to disgorgement. The wine typically shows red fruit and spice aromas with a saline structure and fine mousse, reflecting the Pinot Noir expression of this terroir.
