Description

The Mullineux Iron Kasteelsig Syrah 2020 is a red wine from Mullineux, produced in the Swartland (Wine of Origin Swartland). It is made from 100% Syrah grapes from the Kasteelsig vineyard on iron-rich (koffieklip) soils near Malmesbury. The wine presents dark fruit (plum, wild blueberry), subtle leafy notes and a concentrated structure supported by chalky tannins and a savory, mineral finish, with solid ageing potential.
