Description

Disobedience from Mythopia is a white wine made from Chasselas grown in Arbaz in the Valais canton of Switzerland. It is fermented on the skins for about 35 days and aged roughly two years in barrels; the producer also notes the wine is unfiltered and made without added sulphites. The bottling is commonly identified as Fendant, the Valais designation for Chasselas.
