Description
Wild Geboren is a white wine from Mythopia made in the high Valais (Arbaz) from Chasselas grapes, known locally as Fendant. The wine undergoes a year-long carbonic maceration and then approximately four years of ageing in larch wood, bottled unfiltered. The long wood ageing and alpine origin give the wine a combination of freshness with earthy and resinous aromatic hints. The wine is commonly listed under the Valais AOC designation.
