Description
Mythopia Pi-No is a Pinot Noir from Valais, Switzerland, sourced from high-altitude vineyards. The wine is made without pressing, fermented with indigenous yeasts and no added SO2, then aged about two years in old oak barrels; it is left unfiltered and bottled by hand. Aromas of red and black berries and black cherry lead to a velvety palate with fine tannins, lively acidity and an elegant, persistent finish.
