The Jefferson Metodo Classico Rosato Dosage Zero 2020 from Nervi Conterno is a vintage sparkling wine from Piedmont made from 100% Nebbiolo. Produced using the traditional (méthode classique) bottle fermentation and released with no added dosage (dosage zero), it shows a fine mousse and an aromatic profile of red berries and floral hints. On the palate it retains freshness and an elegant tannic thread typical of Nebbiolo from the Alto Piemonte area. The wine is produced under the Nervi label, now part of the Conterno portfolio, and is positioned as a regional sparkling suitable for aperitivo and food pairings.
