Description

Nicola Gatta’s Blanc de Blancs Nature is a Metodo Classico sparkling wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in Gussago, on the edge of the Franciacorta area. It is released as a “Nature” (zero dosage) wine and is aged on the lees for about 50 moons, a prolonged bottle ageing period. The winery follows natural/biodynamic practices with spontaneous fermentations and declares no added sulphites.
