Nicola Gatta’s Blanc de Noirs 70 Lune is a Pinot Nero Metodo Classico from the limestone hills of Gussago. The site’s mineral character guides the interpretation of the grape, with spontaneous fermentation relying on indigenous yeasts. A short period in wood forms part of the cellar process, followed by around seventy months on the lees in bottle. Disgorgement is carried out without dosage, and the producer adds no sulphites. It reflects a precise artisanal approach centred on Pinot Nero and extended maturation, maintaining the identity of this territory on the edge of Franciacorta.
