Description

Molener Rosé 90 Lune by Nicola Gatta is an Extra Brut traditional-method sparkling wine produced in Gussago, Lombardy. It is made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and spends roughly 90 moons on the lees in bottle, which contributes creaminess and a marked acidic tension. It is bottled outside the Franciacorta appellation and without added sulphites; the wine is released with an Extra Brut dosage.
