Description

Nicola Gatta's Rosé de Noirs Nature is a traditional-method sparkling wine from Gussago on the eastern edge of the Franciacorta area, made from 100% Pinot Noir. Production includes a short cool maceration, spontaneous fermentations and roughly 60 moons of lees aging; the wine is released with zero dosage and no added sulphites. Aromas and flavors show red berries, floral notes and a pronounced chalky minerality reflecting the local limestone soils.
