The Mont Martin 1er Cru Extra Brut 2020 from Nicolas Maillart is a single-vineyard cuvée from Villers-Allerand in the Montagne de Reims, made entirely from Pinot Meunier. It is 100% barrel-vinified with about eight months' lees ageing; dosage is 0 g/l. The wine displays fine persistent bubbles, a saline mineral character and ripe, slightly earthy Meunier fruit notes.
