Description
A 2020 Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut made from 100% Chardonnay sourced from the Les Ronsures parcel in the Bouzy Grand Cru. The nose shows pastry‑like buttery notes, ripe white fruit and subtle reduction; on the palate it is rounded and full, with fine bubbles and a chalky, mineral finish. The fruit comes from vines over 30 years old planted on Campanian chalk soils and managed with low‑input and biological/biodynamic practices.
