Les Courzy 2019 from Nicolas Maillart is a single-vineyard Champagne from Les Courzy in Villers-Allerand (Premier Cru). The wine is fermented and aged in oak barrels and released with 0 g/l dosage, made exclusively from the Petit Meslier grape. Aromatically it leans toward floral notes, while the palate is bright, taut and saline-driven.
