Description

Platine is a Premier Cru cuvée from Nicolas Maillart, dominated by Pinot Noir with supporting Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. It shows a golden colour with fine bubbles and aromas of ripe fruit (apple, pear) alongside subtle toasted and almond notes. On the palate it is structured and vinous, balanced by fresh acidity and a long finish.
