Description

Nicolas Maillet’s Mâcon‑Verzé “Le Chemin Blanc” 2024 is a white wine from the village of Verzé in the Mâconnais, made from 100% Chardonnay. It is sourced from very old vineyard parcels on clay‑limestone soils and fermented with natural yeasts for about 11 months, followed by malolactic fermentation. Certified organic (Ecocert) and biodynamic (Demeter), it shows aromas of peach, pear and acacia flowers and a palate balanced between freshness and roundness.
