Description

Nit de Nin Mas d'en Caçador comes from old vines on the natural slopes of Porrera, at around 650 metres above sea level, with a northerly aspect and llicorella soils. Garnatxa, Garnatxa Peluda and Carinyena form the core of its identity. Since 2017, the Nin-Ortiz family has kept this origin separate from La Rodeda, giving each site its own expression. Hand harvesting and selection precede fermentation with whole bunches and indigenous yeasts, followed by ageing in wood. The cuvée focuses attention on the heritage of old vines and the precise identity of their location.
