Planetes Carinyena is the white wine through which the Nin-Ortiz family explores Carinyena Blanca in its vineyards at Porrera. Its story began with the discovery of a spontaneous mutation in several red-grape vines, leading to further grafting and a dedicated project around the variety. Llicorella soils and biodynamic cultivation lie at its heart. A short period of skin contact precedes pressing and fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine brings together the diversity of the area's grape heritage and the winery's hands-on approach, giving a distinctive white variety a voice within its vineyard-led range.
