Description
Nominé-Renard’s Blanc de Noirs comes exclusively from Pinot Noir grown in the Les Hauts de la Fontaine parcel in Villevenard. The cuvée therefore isolates a single grape variety and a precise origin within the family vineyards. The nose is fresh and lively, with suggestions of pink grapefruit, lemon zest, peach and pomegranate. On the palate, the wine develops with suppleness, revealing notes of currant and pomegranate. Citrus and fruit accompany this white-wine expression of Pinot Noir, which is also suited to serving as an aperitif.
