Description

Nominé-Renard’s Brut Nominé brings together Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier from across the family vineyards. The blend spans the Coteaux du Petit Morin, Côte de Sézanne and Vallée de la Marne, and includes reserve wines. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, followed by bottle ageing on the lees. The aromatic profile recalls white flowers and citrus. On the palate, the wine maintains a harmonious, mineral character, offering a synthesis of the different grape varieties and vineyard origins cultivated by the family.
