Description

Nominé-Renard’s Brut Rosé combines Chardonnay, Meunier and Pinot Noir from six villages in the Coteaux du Petit Morin, Côte de Sézanne and Vallée de la Marne. The red wine used in the blend comes from old Pinot Noir parcels in Villevenard. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place in temperature-controlled stainless steel before maturation on the lees in bottle. Red-fruit aromas are accompanied by cherry and fresh grapefruit. The palate has a velvety texture, with Chardonnay making a significant contribution to the character of the blend.
