Description

The Novaia Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Riserva “Le Balze” 2017 is a cru Amarone produced at the Novaia estate in Marano di Valpolicella. It is made from Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and other local varieties, with traditional grape drying followed by extended ageing in wood. Deep garnet in colour, it shows aromas of ripe red fruit and jam, spicy notes and hints of coffee, dark chocolate and tobacco; on the palate it is full-bodied, structured and long-lasting.
