Description

Nyetimber’s Classic Cuvée is the estate’s flagship sparkling cuvée, made by the traditional method from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grown in West Sussex and Hampshire. This multi‑vintage blend shows fine mousse and developed notes of brioche, pastry, honey, almond and baked apple from extended lees ageing. It is well suited as an aperitif and with shellfish or other light seafood dishes.
