Description

Nyetimber Rosé is a Multi‑Vintage Brut rosé sparkling wine from Nyetimber, made primarily from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with a small proportion of Pinot Meunier. It shows a pale salmon colour with red-fruit aromas (redcurrant, raspberry) and subtle brioche character from lees ageing. On the palate it is crisp and saline with a creamy texture yet remains bone-dry and refreshing, reflecting the cool-climate vineyards of West Sussex.
