Mon P'tit Pithon Blanc is Olivier Pithon's white wine made through collaboration with growers in villages near Calce. The grapes come from organic vineyards or vineyards undergoing conversion and are vinified at the estate. The blend brings together Maccabeu, Grenache Blanc and Grenache Gris under the Côtes Catalanes designation. The cuvée emphasises fruit and a rounded texture, with an approach intended for immediate, convivial drinking. It belongs to a project extending Pithon's work beyond estate-owned parcels through ongoing relationships with other growers in the surrounding area.
