Olivier Pithon's Mon P'tit Pithon Rosé is a Côtes Catalanes made from Grenache Noir and Mourvèdre through direct pressing. The cuvée comes from collaboration with growers in villages near Calce whose vineyards are organic or undergoing conversion. The grapes are handled by the estate within the Mon P'tit Pithon project. Its interpretation of rosé follows a Provençal approach and shares the range's emphasis on fruit, roundness and immediate appeal. Mediterranean varieties remain central, alongside an accessible style associated with convivial occasions and the surrounding wine-growing area.
