Description

Olivier Pithon's Mon P'tit Pithon Rouge combines Grenache Noir, Mourvèdre and Syrah under the Côtes Catalanes designation. It is made from grapes purchased from growers in villages near Calce who farm organically or are undergoing conversion. Vinification takes place at the estate and maturation is in concrete. The project seeks a direct expression of fruit, with roundness and an approachable character. Through this collaboration, the cuvée represents a collection of local vineyards and the decision to make an accessible red intended for everyday convivial occasions.
