Description
Oremus Tokaji Aszú 6 Puttonyos 2016 comes from berries transformed by noble rot in the vineyards of Tokaj. Hand harvesting proceeds in several passes, selecting individual berries when they reach suitable concentration. Winemaking includes maceration and gentle pressing, followed by slow fermentation in Hungarian oak. The wine matures in small barrels and continues its ageing in bottle. This vintage presents pronounced honey suggestions, with rich sweetness supported by incisive acidity. The relationship between concentration and freshness defines its supple texture and capacity for development over time.
