Ostia Tempore's Chardonnay comes from the Willamette Valley and the partnership between Bertrand de Villaine and winemaker Thomas Savre, which began in 2016. The project connects its founders' Burgundian experience with the character of Oregon's vineyards. This white explores one of the region's central varieties through a search for depth and elegance, qualities highlighted by the estate's importer. Ostia Tempore gives the pleasures of the table an essential role. Its Chardonnay belongs to this convivial vision, in which precise work and a recognisable sense of origin underpin a generous, approachable expression.
