Honoris is Ostia Tempore's Pinot Noir, born from the partnership between Bertrand de Villaine and Thomas Savre in the Willamette Valley. Their collaboration began in 2016, bringing Burgundian experience to Oregon with the aim of expressing its vineyards rather than reproducing a European model. Pinot Noir is central to the project, and Honoris is a distinct cuvée within it. Ostia Tempore's vision favours a generous, immediately expressive style made for the table.
