Description

Čotar’s Vitovska 2021 is a white wine from the Kras area, produced near the village of Gorjansko. It is made using skin-contact (maceration) and spontaneous fermentation, reflecting the character of the karst white styles from the region. The wine is produced predominantly from the Vitovska grape, which typically brings mineral tones and a firmer structure than a non-macerated white. It pairs well with local cuisine and hearty regional dishes.
