Description

Pacher Hof’s Sylvaner Riserva “Alte Reben” is a white wine made from old-vine Sylvaner grown in the Valle Isarco (Neustift/Novacella). The wine is matured about nine months in large oak casks (12–20 hl) and shows aromas of peach, pear and melon with a mineral finish; alcohol 13.5%. The vineyards lie around 620–670 m elevation and the wine has a maturation potential of roughly 12 years.
