Description

The Palmer & Co Blanc de Blancs 2018 is a vintage Champagne made from 100% Chardonnay, sourced mainly from the Grands Crus of the Montagne de Reims (notably Villers-Marmery and Trépail) with contributions from the Côte de Sézanne. Crystalline and refined, it offers aromas of citrus, white flowers and almond, supported by distinct mineral notes from the chalk-rich soils. The wine spent about five years on the lees and the declared dosage is 6–7 g/L.
