Description

Palmer & Co’s Blanc de Noirs is a non-vintage cuvée from the Reims-based house, blending fruit from the Montagne de Reims, the Côte des Bars and the Vallée de la Marne. Made from an even split of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, it offers aromas of peach, apricot and grapefruit with subtle red-berry hints, and a palate balanced between richness and refinement. Its relatively low dosage and several years on the bottle help preserve a lively freshness (dosage c. 6–7 g/l; bottle ageing approx. 3 years).
