Description
La Réserve from Palmer & Co is the house’s signature non-vintage cuvée, sourced largely from the Montagne de Reims in Champagne. The blend is Chardonnay-led (about 50–55%), with Pinot Noir (30–35%) and Pinot Meunier (20–25%), and includes a substantial proportion of reserve wines (30–35%) to maintain consistency and depth. Aromas of citrus, pear and apricot are complemented by subtle hazelnut and brioche notes; the palate is succulent, balanced and finishes with fresh, persistent acidity.
