Description

Nectar Réserve is a Reserve Collection cuvée from Palmer & Co crafted as a dessert-style Champagne: it offers a broad, creamy palate tempered by lively acidity. The blend is Chardonnay-led (around 50%) with Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, and the wine is finished with a relatively high dosage (about 35 g/l). It pairs well with fruit-based desserts and expressive sweet preparations, showing notes of apricot, pear and gentle tropical hints.
