Description

Palmer & Co Solera Rosé is a non-vintage rosé Champagne that incorporates a perpetual solera of red wines based on Pinot Noir. The blend is led by Chardonnay with substantial contributions from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, supported by reserve wines that add depth and balance. Aromas show wild strawberry, red currant and gentle hints of vanilla and cinnamon. On the palate it is full-bodied yet fresh, with fine bubbles that carry the fruit and subtle spice notes.
