Paolo Bea’s Pagliaro is a single-vineyard red from the Pagliaro site in the hills of Montefalco (around 400 m above sea level), bottled under the Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG appellation. Made from 100% Sagrantino and produced using the estate’s traditional methods, it is a structured wine with firm tannins and pronounced territorial character.
