Description

33/33/33 is the white wine made by Paolo Clemente at Vallisassoli in San Martino Valle Caudina (Avellino). It is a co-planted blend of Greco, Fiano and Coda di Volpe in equal parts, sourced from a single small vineyard in the Varrettella area. The estate follows organic/biodynamic practices and produces the wine in very limited quantities; it shows a mineral character and ageing potential. The wine is classified under the Campania IGT appellation.
