Paolo Scavino’s 2021 Barolo is a red Barolo DOCG from the Langhe hills of Piedmont. It is made entirely from Nebbiolo grapes sourced from several estate crus and blended to express the site-driven character of the area. Vinification is carried out parcel by parcel, with an extended maturation in wood followed by additional bottle aging prior to release.
