Description

The Paolo Scavino Barolo Carobric 2013 is a Barolo made from 100% Nebbiolo fruit sourced chiefly from the Cannubi, Rocche di Castiglione and Bric del Fiasc crus. It shows a clear, intense aromatic profile with firm, structured tannins and lively acidity, giving it notable aging potential. Vinification and maturation are carried out to emphasize the contribution of each contributing vineyard in the blend.
