Description

"Kai" Riserva Collio Goriziano 2022 from Paraschos is a white wine made from 100% Friulano. The grapes come from historic vineyards in San Floriano del Collio planted on the local marl-clay 'ponca' soils; fermentation is spontaneous and the wine undergoes extended aging in Slavonian oak barrels. It shows a full-bodied structure with aromas of white-fleshed fruit, Mediterranean hints and more evolved waxy/mineral notes. The wine is produced by Paraschos with vineyard practices that emphasize environmental care.
