Description

The Amphoreus Collio Goriziano Malvasia 2021 from Paraschos is a skin‑contact white made entirely from Malvasia Istriana sourced from very old Collio vineyards. Winemaking includes fermentation and aging in terracotta amphorae followed by natural stabilization. The wine shows a combination of body and freshness, with yellow fruit and floral aromas and a characteristic saline, terroir‑driven finish.
