Description

Paraschos ‘Not’ 2021 is a Collio Goriziano DOC Pinot Grigio made from grapes grown in the Slatnik vineyard near San Floriano and Oslavia. The fruit is fermented with indigenous yeasts and left on the skins for about eight days, producing an intense copper-amber color and added structure. The wine is aged for a minimum of 18 months in large Slavonian oak casks and is bottled unfiltered and without added sulphites.
