Paraschos Noir 2018 is a red wine labeled Venezia Giulia IGT made by the family-owned Paraschos winery in San Floriano del Collio. It is produced from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the estate vineyards and presented as a Collio terroir expression. The producer’s approach aims to highlight the varietal aromatic elegance of Pinot Noir together with the site’s freshness.
