Description

Paraschos’ 2021 Ribolla Gialla is a white wine from Collio (San Floriano del Collio) released under the Venezia Giulia IGT. Made from 100% Ribolla Gialla, it is fermented with skin contact in open vats using indigenous yeasts and aged for a minimum of 24 months in large Slavonian oak casks; it is bottled without added sulfur and without filtration. Showing golden-amber hues, the wine offers aromas of yellow fruit, citrus, honey and light toast, and a fresh, savory palate with solid structure and persistence.
