Pascal Cotat’s Chavignol Rosé is a rosé from the village of Chavignol in the Sancerre area, made from Pinot Noir. It displays a pale pink hue with aromas of red berries and citrus, accompanied by a subtle mineral note reflecting the chalky soils of the region. On the palate it is fresh, medium-bodied, with a fine, saline texture and a persistent finish.
